Lung Association Partners With Lotsa Helping Hands To Expand Resources for Patients and Caregivers

Web Based Caregiver Coordination Service Offers Virtual Support for Daily Tasks

The American Lung Association has partnered with Lotsa Helping Hands to extend the online resources available to patients and caregivers from lungusa.org. Through the Lung Association’s Lotsa Helping Hands Web Site, visitors may create their own mini care giving site to help friends and family suffering from lung disease manage tasks and coordinate support. A coordinator can set up a site for free and privately invite colleagues to choose from a selection of tasks offered from a private calendar feature. The web site generates summary screens showing who's doing what, and which requests remain unassigned – making it easy for coordinators to manage support - and for someone to help in a really meaningful way.
