Lung cancer symptoms may include persistent cough, sputum (phlegm) streaked with blood, chest pain and recurring pneumonia or bronchitis.

Who Gets Lung Cancer?
An estimated 350,679 Americans are living with lung cancer. The majority of lung cancer patients living have been diagnosed within the last five years. It is predominantly a disease of the elderly. From 1998-2002, the median age at diagnosis was 70 years of age.
