The American Lung Association of Illinois is a statewide health organization supported by legions of dedicated volunteers, a professional staff and the state's leading experts in lung disease. We envision a world free of lung disease. Our mission is to make that vision a reality by preventing lung disease and promoting lung health.

The American Lung Association of Illinois is an affiliate of the National American Lung Association. Ninety percent of all money remains local and seventy-seven percent (77%) of each dollar raised is used for program services.
