air pollution. Most children and teachers were surprised to learn that according to
A dozen children were chosen for each 32 20-minute sessions entitled, "Cooking with E85" to help demonstrate the process of making an alternative fuel made from corn called E85. In 2003, approximately 20 million Americans had asthma and the condition accounted for an estimated 12.8 million lost school days in children and 24.5 million lost work days in adults. The American Lung Association encourages Americans to identify and reduce exposure to harmful environmental triggers that contribute to asthma. |
